Most of our products are made to order so we need 2-7 days for proceeding the order. The shipping depends from your location. Check out the shipping time according to every product below.
After the order is processed usually takes approximately 5-7 business days in USA and 10-14 business days in rest of the world.
Please note that while we do our best to get orders printed and shipped quickly, orders may take longer due high demand or event.

During off-peak months orders are processed within 2-5 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping. We ship domestically via USPS First Class and Priority Mail, that means your customers get their packages in 2-3 days. Internationally we use a service called APC and the average time is 8-14 days depending on the country.
We ship internationally and customs fees, or other additional fees might be charged by a third party (for example customs office). We are not responsible for paying this, the customer is responsible for these fees. You should know and understand your own countries fees on shipments and expect to be charged. We have no way of stating the fees of each country, because every country is different.
As a store, we do not handle these fees and we are not the ones who charge them.

We are always aiming to satisfy our clients! We offer size exchange for all apparel for a fee. The fee differs between products. Once you contact us with a request to exchange the product we let you know the fee.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product, the design and the size you want exchanged. We will try to send a replacement as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the costs for the replacement product fee.
If the size doesn't fit and you decided you don't want an exchange order, please let us know and we will issue a refund. All you need to do is to return the product on your shipping cost and upon inspection you will receive the refund.
We accept general returns for items, except for engraved items. If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please contact us and let us know the reason so we can improve our service.
Once you let us know you would like to return the item and get a refund, you will receive the address for returning the item on your shipping costs. Upon inspection of the item in our facility, if everything is all right, you will receive your refund.
We do not accept returns of engraved items and we do not issue refund for them.
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com with the order number and the missing item’s name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
