We are always aiming to satisfy our clients! We offer size exchange for all apparel for a fee. The fee differs between products. Once you contact us with a request to exchange the product we let you know the fee.
Please contact us at support@teelime.com with the name of the product, the design and the size you want exchanged. We will try to send a replacement as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the costs for the replacement product fee.
If the size doesn't fit and you decided you don't want an exchange order, please let us know and we will issue a refund. All you need to do is to return the product on your shipping cost and upon inspection you will receive the refund.

We accept general returns for items, except for engraved items. If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please contact us and let us know the reason so we can improve our service.
Once you let us know you would like to return the item and get a refund, you will receive the address for returning the item on your shipping costs. Upon inspection of the item in our facility, if everything is all right, you will receive your refund.
We do not accept returns of engraved items and we do not issue refund for them.
