When will I receive my items?

All of our items are made to order.  

Most orders should arrive within 7 business days from your order in the US and 14 business days internationally.
Please note that while we do our best to get orders printed and shipped quickly, orders may take longer due to demand.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Most all orders in the USA are shipped via USPS. International orders ship via Asendia International

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. We can send your items all over the world. Cool, huh?

How much does shipping cost?

United States Shipping: $5.95 for the entire order.  Orders over $42 ship FREE

International Shipping: $10 for theentire order.  Orders over $42 ship FREE

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do guarantee our products and will gladly refund or exchange any products that are damaged or are low-quality prints. Please contact our support within 30 days of ordering to request an exchange or refund and make sure to include a photo of the damage or quality issue.

How do I check the status of my Order?

You can click here to check the status of your order. You will need the order # and the email address used to order in order to access your information. If you somehow lost any of this information, please feel free to contact us. 

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do? 

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Support team with the order number and the missing item's name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
